I was a fairly recent widow when I decided that it was time to sell the home that we had lived in for 42 years. An acquaintance suggested that I call Pat Nowak. I was glad I did. Pat explained all that I needed to do before putting the place on the market.

I told her what I needed to find as my next home, foremost a place with no stairs. After seeing a few places, she found a condo that was being sold that sounded perfect for me.

I accepted an offer for my home and made an offer on the condo, but I didn't have an attorney yet. Pat recommended an attorney she had recently used. I trusted her recommendation, and I was glad I did.

We closed on my home on a Friday and closed on the condo on the following Tuesday. Everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped for.
